Chris Brown has remains consistent in denying the sexual assault allegations made against him during his case. In February 2017, a woman, often referred to as ‘Jane Doe’ alleges that she ended up at the singers house after a night of clubbing.
‘Jane Doe’ alleged that Brown gave her cocaine, marijuana, and molly before Chris Brown’s friend, Lowell Grissom Jr., allegedly raped her.
The woman also reported that Brown was walking around with firearms, including one that he allegedly carried in his waistband.
The Blast reports that the woman’s mother became worried and she decided to use software to track her daughter’s phone. The mother of the alleged victim, told the police her daughter’s location but were allegedly denied entry upon arrival.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Lowell Grissom finally responded to the allegations filed by Jane Doe and claims anything that happened between him and Jane Doe was consensual. He also denies assaulting the alleged victim.
New court documents obtained by The Blast, reveals Jane Doe has requested a home inspection of Brown’s mansion, a request that he’s allegedly agreed to.
The alleged victim’s attorney has been granted permission to look through the rooms she was in on the night she claims she was raped.
Although they have access to those rooms, they will not be allowed in others, without Brown’s permission. There will be a videographer and two attorneys at Brown’s house.
An initial walkthrough with Brown’s attorney will be conducted beforehand.
The alleged victim will be ordered to wait outside with one of her attorneys while the other completes the inspection.
During the inspection, the alleged victim only has two hours to inspect her chosen rooms. Breezy has been granted permission to record the inspection also. However, he has been required to not cannot show the alleged victim or any of the attorneys.
Previously, the alleged victim wanted to ban Brown filming the inspection as she claimed it was an intimidation tactic.
Breezy allegedly refuted that claim and revealed he wants to make sure his house is protected.
The alleged victim is reportedly suing Brown for unspecified damages also.
